The PBS training was engaging, clear, and genuinely practical. The trainer, James, demonstrated a strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and communicated the concepts in a way that was easy to follow and relevant to real-life practice. What stood out most was how the session balanced theory with realistic examples, which made it easier to reflect on our own approaches and think about how to apply PBS more intentionally in day-to-day work. James created a supportive learning environment, encouraged participation, and responded thoughtfully to questions, which made the session feel collaborative rather than instructional. Overall, it was a well-delivered and valuable training that strengthened my confidence in using PBS principles effectively.
