Ben was amazing very good knowledge came out of the course today with confidence

Brilliant trainer made it fun and interactive without being to much Refresher is just what's needed as restraints and things come back to you once started Games played were brill and made you understand more

Ben provided a thorough refresher for PI for both the theory and the practical. There was some information regarding autism which I found really useful.

The trainer was the best trainer I've had since working in care. I've learnt lots and the trainer spoke about autism too, which I identified from previous young people we've had, very useful and very well presented.

Rossie and Rebecca is really good as training, will defo recommend them as the top trainers. Really appreciate the course and they make you feel really at ease and will support there ever possible
