The trainer Kirstie was great got everyone involved in the course . Explained everything really well without having to keep reading things of the board was actitives was good for the team as well taken in a lot of knowledge and understanding

Instructor was great very easy to understand all information and was fun.

As always the course was relevant to my setting, interesting and delivered by those who know the context of where I work. By far my favourite training of the school year.

The training was interactive. It highlighted the importance of approaching challenging situations with patience and a proactive mindset while maintaining and prioritising an individual's needs.
