With being a carer and dealing with our lovely residents day in day out we naturally do our best as a team to make a difference. We can take it for granted that our roles and just about feeding and cleaning someone but it's so much more than this. It's about supporting the residents and bringing a smile as it doesn't take much to pass on a positive vibe . This course was well structured and made us all understand as individuals and as a team player that it's about how we conduct ourselves on a one to one or as a group . We all have our moments but this course gave me lots of reassurance to think about things and be more supportive going forward. Well presented and interesting and above all it was fun as well which made us all engage . So a big thank you to you both for an excellent days training Gary Sparrow Island Healthcare.

Brilliant course to refresh the knowledge and skill set, Ben is amazing as usual very funny humble and intelligent, very precise and straightforward in terms of what he demands from everyone and his standards are always high. Barry was also brilliant, I was impressed how far he came and nice to see him developing weekly and sharing his experience with us.
