Good Descriptions of Holds, When to best utilise them, and the limitations/Risks associated with holds. Fun Knee Instructor. Humourous without feeling the course wasn't being taken seriously. Led to feeling invested in the course greatly.
Trainer was helpful and able to answer questions and worries.
