The trainers were all lovely and very engaging people with great insights and knowledge. They didn't miss a beat when responding to even more difficult questions. I really appreciated the form about health issues in accommodating my injury and the one-one talk beforehand about it, then their understanding whenever I needed to sit down. Not being accommodated since my injury has been one of the most frustrating elements of this year. I also found that I could use a fidget without any special notice from the trainers (or maybe I was just discreet about it). I also appreciated their transparency. I believe there isn't as much material in the coursebook provided as there is in the PowerPoint so I would definitely like the inclusion of that in the course.

Very informative and very well delivered.
The trainer was really knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, particularly about scenarios on whether to use a 2 person hold or a small person hold.

Simone has been brilliant and helpful answering extra questions. She has made a long 3 day course.
Simone delivers the course effectively. She was excellent because Simone used real life experiences to show how to improve the tactics when it comes to doing PI.

Excellent course (PBS). has refreshed my skills in regards to the arousal model and the types of interventions when addressing behaviour concens. Primary, Secondry, None- Restrictive Tertiary and Restictive Tertiary.
