Was worried about the course with being a new starter as a support worker. Ben and Scott did an amazing job putting me at ease and delivering the course really well. Made it interesting and fun while learning all serious topic. Enjoyed it and feel learnt a lot, and how to deliver breakaways or restraints safely even though always carries risks

I felt the course was beneficial and well delivered with fun elements and stories. I have learnt a lot and refreshed a lot of information. The trainer was fantastic, knowledgeable, enjoyable to listen too and learn from.. just a fantastic trainer and teacher.
