I have expanded vast knowledge about theoretically and practically knowledge about behavior concen and when it come to practical scenario how to deal with and over come the situation. I thank to the tutor who has done a tremendous work these two days.

Have learnt much, now understand the safe practice support and giving safe and secure environment to our service users
