I learned so much today as everything we done plays very important in our role etc… The trainers today were excellent also.

Genuinely all three of these days have been excellent. I have had Ben for session 1 and today session 3. Excellent trainer, engaging and friendly. Some emotive topics discussed, but done with professionalism and to with ease. The holds felt safe and easy to remember. It will improve my practice and understanding.
