Daniel and Nikola ensured that we were all comfortable and happy with each technique ensuring we had practised several times for each technique. They were very helpful and kept everyone interested in the course.

Good informative training. Slides could be moved around to match the booklet on day 2. Would suggest when taking tests for trainers to stay in the room.
