RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,253 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

I really enjoyed the Sherwood training with Jack. Jack is very knowledgable and clearly knows his stuff. The course was well set out, and has given me lots of confidence if I ever needed to use the skills I have learnt over the last 3 days. The course was very clear, and precise. Thank you!

Thank you, Ben Feetenty, I found the PBS training extremely helpful and relevant to my role. The trainer explained the principles of Positive Behaviour Support clearly and used practical examples that we can apply in real situations. The session was interactive and supportive, which made it easier to learn and ask questions. I now have a better understanding of proactive strategies, behaviour triggers, and person-centred approaches. Thank you for such a well-delivered session. I feel more confident applying PBS strategies in my role now.
