Interesting and great session looking forward to use new skills in real life situations

The 3 days was very interactive and well taught. The trainer was detailed in the theory and practical sessions. I believe this course will strengthen my skills and experience as a support worker by effectively managing behaviours of concern

The trainer was very good I must say she was really interactive with all of us and answered any questions we had with detailed responses, I enjoyed the course and found it very helpful

The training was very effective as it helped me to see that the use of primary strategies are more effective in the response to behaviour or concern and I will aim to use least restrictive option more often

Course come across well presented. Good engaging theory and physical was well laid out with ample time for being able to learn the holds without leaving too long to get distracted.
