Jack was a great trainer made what could’ve been death by PowerPoint interesting.

Good felt repeated in some slides but I understand that's because it's 3 different levels you are learning and some people will only do level 1 or 1&2. Jack was great at keeping us engaged.

A good 3 days of training. Good information on deescalation techniques . I would feel confident to use these techniques in my work place.
