The session was very interactive and provided lots of opportunities to practice the holders. The trainer gave back constant feedback to ensure holds were being completed with the correct technique. Trainer included everyone in the session

No notes Ben is an amazing trainer. Clinical restraint is relevant to all staff and now I feel like I have the tools to take back to the ward and safe hold appropriately

Very informative and supportive environment. Feel a lot more confident going forward with de escalation and then as a last resort safe holds.
