Kirstie is a well trainer. We all got good knowledge, and kirstie keeps us monitoring all time about all topics. Each and everything kirstie explained good👍. In the practical section kirstie teach everything good. Finally when she come as a patient kirsty did awesome work. A big clap to Kirstie. Very informative, interesting & an enjoyable 3 days worth of training. Lots of group activities to get everyone involved.
The teacher/trainer lead the course in a way which meant it was personalised to the staff so it was more understandable and relatable, informative and enjoyable, felt like I could speak my mind and ask questions without being judged
