Really enjoyed the course. Great practice with the techniques involved. Made me feel comfortable using the techniques that were shown and I feel I can use them confidently within the work setting if I am ever needed to.

Trainer was extremely confident in delivery and pitch it according to our settings and needs. Some course materials needed updating with more current data and research.

I would have liked to have practice restraints with more resistance to get more realistic Experience of what it would be like in real life. The humer from trainer made the theory more interesting and engaging.

Joined the course with limited knowledge about how to treat or attend to vulnerable persons but I've learnt alot of helpful techniques and strategies to assist with this. Kudos to the trainers Ben and Barry, they did really great jobs impacting us. Thanks
