I have done many courses on conflict management and de-escalation, this has been my favourite in terms of real usable skills.
The course was informative, and broken down into manageable sections. I didn’t feel overloaded with information. I’ve taken a lot away from the learning. Jamie was very engaging and I enjoyed the interactions, I definitely learn better that way.

The course was great I had some reservations going into it about the restraints but I now feel confident and comfortable in the knowledge that if I need to use them I can do so correctly and safely.
