Jamie was a complete gentleman, he also showed us some great restraint and was very helpful.

I really think this course is well taught. It was clear, not complicated and relaxed. Good practical session Had Ben for all 3 sessions, he was great. He ensured everyone knew each skill and that we all had a practice to feel confident. He praised us when we got each skill right which helped with confidence.
