Made it enjoyable with the practical side dispute the weather been too hot but taken regular breaks and got a lot out of the course with information given to us.

Fantastic course. Very educational. Learnt a lot about human behaviour and physical intervention skills. Trainer was good at delivering the course. Was very helpful with any questions I had. Only one suggestion that we do the training at the hospital in the future for more realistic
