Liam was very thorough with this training and I learnt a lot on this course. I feel more confident with positive behaviour support for the students in my school. I recently completed a 3-day training course and had the pleasure of being taught by loam. From start to finish, the training was delivered with exceptional professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm. Liam created a safe and supportive learning environment, encouraging active participation and open discussion throughout. He broke down complex concepts into easily understandable steps, ensuring that every member of the group felt confident and included. His knowledge of RPI was outstanding, and he demonstrated real life applications with relevant examples that enhanced my understanding. What stood out most was his ability to balance theory with hands on practice. Trainer was patient. He knew how to explain to everyone's understanding. He had time to repeat issues for as long as it takes. So that we understood the restraint training.
