The course is really an eye opener that has fully equipped me and grant me better understanding of how to deal with a behavioural concern on field of work.

Very, very good. The teachers ability to interact and engage all participants was excellent. He was extremely friendly. I have learnt vital information on challenging behaviours as well as the ability to restrain if necessary.

I've just completed day 3 of the course and honestly I feel like I've just had eye surgery,I can see clearly now. Very informative theory which is applicable and makes the most sense in a real life setting. The practical placed emphasis on using minimum or unnecessary force but was more focused on getting the technique right. I'm very grateful I've attended these lessons under such a skilled teacher who makes learning fun. Thank you Ben!
