Very informative. Nit only in the practical. But also in the theory, I’ve learnt lots of different techniques to use. Before having to go into a restraint. The trainers were both very helpful and willing to answer any questions asked.

I'm new to this job so this was my first time having something like this. I found it very useful as a result.
