The PBS training the trainer delivered was very well organised, informative and engaging. The trainer explained everything clearly and used real-life examples that made it easy to understand. Really really helpful training. The breakdown of each breakaway training really help remember each one. Jack did amazing talking through any difficult questions. Mirandas lived experience has really stuck with myself. The detailed examples of different scenarios is really helpful
