Course was intense but interesting. Liam is a fantastic trainer, it was also nice having Kirsty in on the last day for her input and she was able to see how well Liam had trained us over the past 2 days.

Training was very relevant for the job role Training was very clear and have given me confidence to use skills non/ restrictive techniques first and what is best practise to use.

I have learned so much from this course and have enjoyed taking part and becoming more confident as the days went on

Ben really went above and beyond. His experience and knowledge really made the course personal and open to all to ask questions and give comment. I learnt a lot of the science behind why certain holds are not taught and a history into the horrific cases in the past. Super 3 days and constantly learning!
