Very knowledgeable. Very good at getting that knowledge across and keeping it interesting. Everything on the course was needed.

All good. Could do with more than a PowerPoint as tool due to my adhd I lost focus during longer talking periods.

Delivered valuable information regarding different techniques.

The style of training being a lot of theory was a lot in three days. It was delivered well where trainers engaged with staff and asked staff to engage with the material. In practice, there are areas the course may not always cover. The course leaders however appeared very knowledgable in the pbs and sherwood information.

Kirsty was brilliant!! Taught us so much in a few days, I feel I have a much more confident approach when putting these skills and techniques into practice in my working day
