In the 3 days working with Jon , the information that he taught stuck due to his interactive training techniques , and ways of using story’s from his past to get messages and lessons across. Jon stressed to use best practice always and showed us clearly how to use the techniques.

This course fantastically delivered by Ben and I learned a lot from him compare to my previous trainings particularly on the physical interventions. It’s more people’s centered with empathy. I learnt that physical intervention should be the last resort in arresting or calming a situations.
