Really enjoyed the course Ben absolutely one of the best trainers I've learned under so full of knowledge and helped me grow my knowledge of restrictive techniques and how to try and not use these until there is no other option

I got really into the course and Ben did a great job at helping me understand parts that where a bit confusing.
