I attended the last two days (Thursday and Friday), and both days were very informative and valuable for my job role. It has very much refreshed my understanding of what to do in various scenarios within my role. The trainers were all brilliant and engaging too.

I’ve really enjoyed the course, great material. Kirstie and Rachel are very engaging and deliver everything with lots of enthusiasm :)
