I found this course really useful and handy. I am coming away with confidence that I can de escalate my patients with causing harm to myself or my patient. I found all breakaway techniques and restraints very useful, and will be confident using these. Kirsty has been so helpful and bubbly throughout the course.

I really enjoyed this course, I learnt so much about communication, behaviour level and restraint being a very last resort. The trainer was amazing! So lovely and knowledgeable nothing was too much for her.

Fantastic course, very well structured presentations by kirsty. Opened my eyes to alternative intervention methods including positive hehavioural support in an acute healthcare setting which would be highly suitable to application with the NUH workplace. tertiary restraint training was well structured and explained in good detail. I would highly recommend this course to any healthcare professional.
