Amazing traing experience. Theory was very informative and practical was very relatable. These sessions really helps in understanding how to handle in a an intense situation. Very informative and helpful.

Overall Liam was a great trainer and knowledge and has related experience. The trainer gave good information and theory behind PBS. Learnt when it should and should not be used. I have a greater understanding on the Arousal model, different section and strategies. I will be using this knowledge and training towards PBS plan written and review to ensure primary and secondary strategies are stated clearly so staff know what to do. Overall great course and enjoyed all three days 😊
