I found this course absolutely phenomenal the trainers was really helpful and made sure we learned everything. This course was amazing and i will recommend everyone in the industry takes part as they teach you a different aspect to the training. Best training course I’ve attended!!

I have been doing security for 7 years,i have learned more from this course the from my 7 years working,its always space for improvement ,the things i have learned its life learning,going to implemented on daily basis,not only for work but deal with people as well,a big thanks to Ben and Leon,they were amazing.

Heard , loved , respected taught very well , in detail did not feel left out , where I needed help I was supported by both trainers ! Learned new techniques verbally , physically and most importantly mentally ! I’ve got dislexia I was supported with that as well ! Overall the best training I’ve had ! Both trainers got a heart of Gold ! Overall round of applause ! .. even leaving this feedback I was supported by the teacher letting me use his phone ! VERY GREATFUL FOR THIS JOURNEY.

The course was really informative and I liked the focus on least restrictive practice. Rozy was very knowledgable about the materials and had answers for any question we had. She ensured we were all practicing safe restraint techniques and not being over-trained.
