Very good course and I am glad to be part of it. The course tutor made it more enjoyable than any course I have ever had.

Ben was a very knowledgeable Instructor with a great personality and was very easy to learn from the course was excellent and the the skills gained I'm sure will be very useful the course is a must for all security and health care professional.

Done 2 trainings before , But this the first where I have properly leurn in all 3 days, and feel more understanding off my job

This course fantastically delivered by Ben and I learned a lot from him compare to my previous trainings particularly on the physical interventions. It’s more people’s centered with empathy. I learnt that physical intervention should be the last resort in arresting or calming a situations.

I really enjoyed the training, very simple and effective, the instructor is very competent. I like his way of teaching. He's super.

Everything was thorough and very helpful. David and Paul was great trainers and answering all of my questions.

Very clear and instructive. I like the fact that there is a lot more emphasis on prevention and de-escalation, rather than the physical restraints themselves. Due to past trauma, I was concerned about practicing some of the restraints, I raised these concerns with Paul and he was extremely sensitive and supportive in this matter. Both David and Paul made the course interesting and used humour which helped me stay engaged and memorise information.
