Great Course indeed, Lee is an excellent trainer who simplified the whole course for me. The most highlight of my course was the The Arousal model, it explained the how to understand and deal with behaviour of concern in a more positive and acceptable ways.

Lee was very engaging and very passionate about his work. Enjoyed the 3 days and looked forward to learning more. The arousal model was well explained throughout. Very helpful not only when dealing with service users but helpful in real life too.

John was amazing, understanding and took the time to be caring to each person. He made the content of the courses understandable and easy to intake. When John noticed someone was struggling or couldn’t cope, he would help 1-1 with that trainee. John made the course easy fun a great laugh, not just a boring lesson to be learnt. 100% would recommend John to anyone who needs an easy understanding of a course. Can not fault John at all 100% a great understanding man. 😊😊😊

Was a really good and informative course and was deliverd really well by Kirsty and liam all strategise that we used have made me feel a lot more confident and now have knowledge in so many more methods I can take into my work place

Both trainers were brilliant. Made sure everyone understood. Answered all questions. Mindful of feelings and needs of all course people attending. Liam in particular was very engaging and with humour and used various strategies to help engage and make learning fun. - day 1 was great with Kirsty- she used great examples of lived experience which really help she how it works in a real life situation - day 2 & 3 with Liam was also super great- very enthusiastic about the training which made me excited to be on the course
