Really interesting, useful and informative course. Well run and paced, with supportive oversight during practical activities. Massively increased my personal confidence of de-escalation strategies and the use of RPI as a last resort option.

Relevant content, informative and valid. Plenty of opportunity to go over steps and ask questions. Great learning environment and feel confident in approach to keeping pupils safe.

Lots of useful information mixed with anecdotes and examples made the course really interesting. Good pace, useful practical work and relevant to role and working environment. Well paced with time to answer questions and go over areas not so confident.
