I attended the last two days (Thursday and Friday), and both days were very informative and valuable for my job role. It has very much refreshed my understanding of what to do in various scenarios within my role. The trainers were all brilliant and engaging too.

I’ve really enjoyed the course, great material. Kirstie and Rachel are very engaging and deliver everything with lots of enthusiasm :)

It was extremely helpful to understand where the school is going and how we should all be using positive behaviour support. Quality of the content was excellent and Dan & Hannah made it fun also. Nice balance of theory and practice. I feel much better prepared and confident to deal with issues that come into reception. Thank you
