Really informative, interesting and well delivered by the trainers.

I thought the trainers were really clear throughout both theory and practical. I was initially unsure during the practical but I was offered lots of support until I felt comfortable. It was really reassuring going through the techniques to feel how it would if used on others.

Wealth of information learnt, delivered sensitively when required. We were able to ask questions at any point throughout the course.
