Learnt so much on this course by ben & lee..really helped so much.. was understanding with my fused ankle i didnt think id be able to do it but ben really pushed me without pushing me ...the course was fun but very intense thanks guys

Breakawya training helped as doind practical training on different tactics boosted confidence as I was able to participate as well as ask questions wre I was not confident.
