The course was properly delivered from start to finish. The trainers, Charles and James really took us in-depth; breaking down and sharing their knowledge of the course. I’m leaving here more competent and confident in discharging my role.

The trainers where good at explaining on each and every step, they made sure I understood each and everything about the course
The course was was very easy to understand both the theory and practical thanks to the trainer who was very patient in his teaching.

Ben is an INCREDIBLE trainer and asset to Sherwood Training. It was clear how passionate he is about the work that he does and the importance of effective restraint reduction. His anecdotes allowed us to apply understanding of the theory he was teaching as well as having high expectations in the practical element of the training.
Fantastic course that gives that provides both a theoretical and practical approaches to behaviour deescalation. Best course in my 25 years of education.
This has been an enlightening course which surely will translate in better support to the people we work with. The contents delivered were spot on and very well broken into chunks.
