A true cut above other de-escalation and physical intervention used in most areas of the industry. Also, our trainer, Ben, delivered the course with humor and wisdom which made it very digestible. I would highly recommended not only Sherwood and the course but Ben also as This as a package was wonderfully done.

Ben really went above and beyond. His experience and knowledge really made the course personal and open to all to ask questions and give comment. I learnt a lot of the science behind why certain holds are not taught and a history into the horrific cases in the past. Super 3 days and constantly learning!
