It was a very interesting course and I’m happy to have participated in it. Down from the learning of both non restrictive methods to restrictive methods. To the primary, secondary and tertiary strategies. I really enjoyed the class and learnt a whole lot of things.

The course was very much useful to me because the trainer emphasized on how much we should ask ourselves why are the service user behaving in a certain. Seeing the reason why would help understand what they going through and react in a caring way to keep them safe. I learnt the possible ways to de-escalate the service user back to their baseline. It was a wonderful experience learning this course.

Excellent instruction and felt comfortable with all the techniques

The training was put over very well. Training can get boring however this wasn’t the case. It was professional but also relaxed which made me feel more engaged. Excellent training
