I found this course insightful and rewarding, My trainer Liam is a 5 star teacher, I usually find training quite quick and brief, his teaching skills are amazing, very thorough and concise.

I recently completed a 3-day training course and had the pleasure of being taught by loam. From start to finish, the training was delivered with exceptional professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm. Liam created a safe and supportive learning environment, encouraging active participation and open discussion throughout. He broke down complex concepts into easily understandable steps, ensuring that every member of the group felt confident and included. His knowledge of RPI was outstanding, and he demonstrated real life applications with relevant examples that enhanced my understanding. What stood out most was his ability to balance theory with hands on practice. The practical elements were engaging and realistic, and I left the course feeling equipped and empowered to use the techniques in real settings. Liam was patient, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the subject, which made the course both informative and enjoyable.

Trainer was patient. He knew how to explain to everyone's understanding. He had time to repeat issues for as long as it takes. So that we understood the restraint training.

I want to sincerely thank Liam for the training. His approach was clear, and practical, which made a significant difference to the teams understanding and confidence. I especially appreciated how Liam emphasised both the physical techniques and the importance of de-escalation and communication. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism created a supportive learning environment, and I feel that the team and I are better equipped to handle challenging situations safely and responsibly.

The Trainer was Fantastic. He was Phenomenal , exceptionally GOOD. If there should be another Training, I would Love to have Liam.

I really enjoyed the course - Liam did a fantastic job of helping us understand the different behaviors and how to deescalate situations. What stood out for me most were the examples used; they were relatable, engaging, and made the content much more meaningful.
