Fun and interactive, felt open to ask questions whenever I wanted and that no question was stupid. Liam was really informative, understanding with subject based questions we had and took the time to think about them and answer them as well as come up with solutions for us.
As a refresher, I feel more confident that I would do a great job if I ever get to use it to keep the people I support and myself safe without any injuries.
