Good course, lots of useful information and visuals. Good amount of practical work with plenty of time to go over things if unsure. Alex was a very friendly, approachable and helpful trainer. Her way of teaching is very efficient, we as a team learnt a lot in the 3 days we were there. Such a lovely character! Can’t wait to see her again for any future training. The course was interesting and useful not just in the job role but for life in general. I enjoyed it very much.

Hannah was amazing. Showed all the techniques and explained them really well. If we had any doubts or queries these were immediately resolved.
