Training was really good, Lyndsey was really knowledgeable and made sure we all understood what was expected from us.
Always a very enthusiastic trainer lots of energy and guidance who cares about showing the right techniques.
Was a great learning session with lots of practical exercises and was able to impact the training purpose and well understood. Its my pleasure being part of this training and have linsey was awesome
The course content was really good and delivered excellently. I feel confident should I ever need to use this in my role but would hope that this would not be the case and only used as a very very last resort.
I will say it's good to have such training all the time. I have enjoyed it. And it's a good to me.

Very informative regarding positive behavioural support and restraint. Will be very useful in my day to day work, especially with certain clients. Trainers answered any questions the group had with useful information.
