Well delivered and used local knowledge and experiences. Bespoke to what our education establishmen'ts needs.

The trainer was knowledgeable. He demonstrated good understanding and was patient with those new to this. Lots of time to practice, constructive feedback about how to improve.

Matt was really informative and checked throughout the course that we were okay with the content. Matt went back over things when I didn’t quite get something to make sure I felt confident in the physical side

The course was well delivered by an experienced trainer, with clear information and resources. Sherwood is easier and more practical than other courses l have done.

Level 2. Excellent course. I was nervous initially but was instantly set an ease and laughing. Feel so confident in my skills working with young people, preventing, deescalating, and responding to danger. Ben was/is amazing, has inspired me and identified my strengths. Life changing and so Empathetic.
