Jonathon is genuinely a top bloke. Have done 5 days with him overall and is by far the best trainer/training I have ever done. He keeps you interested and makes you want to learn.

The course was very detailed and thought provoking. I enjoyed learning about the de-escalation techniques and the physical elements of the course. The trainer Ben was brilliant; really engaging and funny. He gave positive feedback throughout and I highly recommend.

Ben was amazing he was patient with a difficult situation that happened he was respectful and kind. Ben has so much knowledge and there wasn’t a moment I didn’t feel engaged
