The morning session involved lots of discussion around learners and the school's ethos. However, I personally benefit from recapping the key elements of the original training. It felt more of a relaxed discussion as opposed to a learning a session. The afternoon session was great. Recapping all of the physical breakaways was really beneficial and helped me remember them should I need to use any in the near future. Overall, it was a great day day, thank you!

Response: Hi Charlie, thak you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback. A refresher is a day to cover anything that learners feel they want to look at and I am sure that your trainers will look into this in the future. I'm glad you had a great day overall!
