It was a lovely course, I really learnt a lot, I’ve got the necessary skills to breakaway in necessary situations when needed.

The course was good learnt a lot for a refresher of how to deal with situations when you are getting approached.

Trainer very helpful and informative. Told of situation at work, trainer showed me teqníques and made sure I was comfortable with them
