Really good, interactive- Kirstie was really good trainer

Great course, good understandable content and good teacher.

Good Relaxed course ,that's not to underestimate how learned the tutor was, she made everyone comfortable even when asking questions directly. I e breaking the question down to make it easier. But also making the importance of the case as well.

Really enjoyed the course, the trainer was friendly and encouraged the group to get involved.

Good training, only comment is that every one need to speak up, some time one person was speaking more than others

I'm sure that for inexperienced/new staff, this would be a very good grounding in PBS, but for me, personally, it was too basic. I'm looking forward to the next part as I know very little about restraint techniques.
