Trainer engaged the group well - didn't just "talk at us" Made me think outside the box in how it related to both my personal and work life
Ben is a wonderful trainer. His training was very interactive from the onset till the end. He made sure to carry every member of the class along while teaching. He is really a wonderful trainer and I had a great time in class. I also learnt a lot from the lecture. Thank you so much

I have attend a few lectures in this hall this class is very enanging because Ben explained it very interesting
The class was really amazing . Both Ben and Liam taught me positive behaviour support very well . I believe i can apply this not only in health care setting , but also in my personal life . If you can include more quiz like activities, it will be more engaging.
