Such a great course for learning PBS, Jack was an amazing host, he’s very informative and kind. He explained everything with great examples and great evidence. Would definitely recommend Jack for more training courses. I really enjoyed the session today !!

An excellent learning trainer who explains concepts clearly and patiently. The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow. The trainer encouraged questions and made sure everyone understood before moving on. Really useful day. As a NICU ward manager I found it really useful. I will certainly use the skills learnt to support families. Considering they’re going through severely stressful times having a baby on the unit. So these skills will be useful to listen and hear and make their experience better.
